Galls restricts the sale of selected products such as, but not limited to, embroidered apparel, badges, nameplates, insignia, emblems, and collar pins that identify the holder or wearer as a member of any law enforcement agency or other agency-specific titles. Click here for more information.

Why is my promotion code not applying to all items and shipping methods?
Certain brands have pricing policies that restrict the prices we may advertise, and therefore cannot be discounted any further.

Is my information secure?
Our web servers are authenticated by VeriSign so you can trust that you are doing business with Galls. We protect the security of credit card and other sensitive information you provide online by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security software that encrypts such information. The security features are automatic. For example, once you've clicked the CHECKOUT button on the Shopping Cart page, your browser looks for a digital certificate to confirm that it is communicating with Galls.com. Once a positive ID is made, your order continues. We use VeriSign software to enable the use of digital certificates. Is an account needed to place an order?
You do not need an account to place an order. You can checkout as a new customer and will have the option to create an account after completing your order.
I forgot my user name and/or password, how do I retrieve them?
You can have your user name and/or password emailed to you. To do this click on the "Sign In" link at the top of any of our web pages. Click on either the "Forgot your user name?" or "Forgot your password?" link found directly below the "Sign in" fields and button. Enter the email address used to set up your account and your user name/password will be emailed to you. NOTE: As a security precaution, requesting your password will delete your credit card information from your stored account information.

Why am I being charged tax for my purchase on your website?
The sales tax applied to your purchase is determined according to state and local laws and regulations. The specific tax rate is based upon the shipped from and shipped to information in your specific order. We are required by law to collect tax in all 50 states where sales tax is collected and Galls does business. We turn over all monies collected to the appropriate government agencies and we are audited by these agencies on a regular basis. Galls does not profit from the collection of sales tax. For our tax-exempt customers, state laws require us to have your signed tax exemption or resale certificate on file at our offices. We are required to charge you sales tax if we do not have this documentation. If your agency's online purchases are being taxed and you've already qualified for tax-exempt status and have your letter or certificate on file with us, please contact us so we can get this corrected.

Tired of replacing checks lost in the mail and stop payment fees? If you would like to change from Paper checks to ACH payments, contact Galls at 844-GO-GALLS (844-464-2557) or your Accounts Receivable Rep directly. Credit card payment options and outstanding invoices can be accessed through the Galls Payment Portal. Need help processing a payment? Can I use PayPal?
YES! We are now offering PayPal as a form of payment. The order can't be split between PayPal and another form of payment and all items have to be in compliance of PayPal's use policy (If you have a product on your order that violates their policy, the PayPal option will be unavailable).
When will my credit card be charged?
An initial authorization with the description reading GALLS may appear as pending on your account. However, your credit card will not be charged until the items ship.
Can I redeem a gift certificate online?
Yes! As a matter of fact you can redeem several if you have more than one. At checkout, simply enter your electronic gift card number and 4-digit PIN and apply the full amount remaining on your card or a partial amount. Need to check your balance? Click here or use the convenient link during checkout. NOTE: Paper gift certificates may be purchased by calling 844-GO-GALLS (844-464-2557) (a $0.50 handling fee is assessed for each paper certificate ordered). To redeem online these paper certificates require a one-time conversion by calling 844-GO-GALLS (844-464-2557). Gift certificates cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit except where required by law.

Contact customer service at 844-GO-GALLS (844-464-2557) or sign in using your user name and password. If you do not have an account, then you can check your status via your order confirmation or order status emails.
How do I make a change to my order?
Generally, you may request items be canceled from your order via the order status page on our website if they are back ordered or are shipping directly from our suppliers. If items have already shipped from suppliers cancellation requests cannot be honored (you may still return items, however). Shipping
How are shipping charges calculated?
- Orders under $125: A flat rate shipping fee of $9.99 applies.
- Orders between $125 and $399: A reduced shipping fee of $4.99 applies.
- Orders over $400: Shipping costs are calculated at a minimum of 5.75% of your total order value.
When will my order be shipped?
Galls Standard Shipping applies to orders received by 2:00 p.m. ET Monday through Friday for non-customized, in-stock merchandise. Galls Standard Shipping normally ships same day for receipt within 4-6 business days. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered business days. Some shipments may experience unavoidable delays due to severe weather conditions.
How will my order be shipped?
Galls orders are shipped via FedEx and USPS standard shipping. Deliveries to APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes will be shipped via United States Postal Service.

How do I return an item for exchange, repair or refund?
